100% cowboys!! Bought a 2011 passat of these guys 2 days later noticed rear centre seat belt was shredded.. (MOT FAIL) Contacted them and they said they'd sort it out and put my car through a service while it was there.. This would of been great if I hadn't travelled from Oxford to Mansfield to get the car! . That was August.. Its now November.. Contacted my finance company to complain and surprise surprise these cowboys not taking responsibility.. Do not use this garage they are all rip off merchants and dishonest!!
